No, we actually make all sorts of jackets. We can produce custom hoodies, varsity jackets, bomber jackets, track jackets and sweatshirts.We work with individuals, teams, dance clubs and stores. You can contact us if you have any special requirements.

Simple jackets (without patches or embroideries) should be delivered in 10 working days. Your custom jackets (with patches and embroideries) should be delivered to you within approximately 15-20 days after we receive your order. If you have any special turnaround requirements, please contact us.

Please get your jacket not body measurements and match it with our Size Chart. Our measurements guidelines will help you. However,if you don’t find the exact size, please provide custom measurements with our “Jacket Builder”.

When we receive an order we believe you have read all the guidelines and got your answers from our customer support. We do not want you to loose your money and waste our efforts for an unwanted jacket. We have clear guideline for taking jacket measurements. Please read before you order, If you have plenty of questions, do not hesitate and ask us. We want to deliver a beautiful jacket with perfect fitting, work with us because we as a team working hard to deliver an quality product. Custom jackets are non-refundable / non-exchangeable and made only for you.

We use 100% virgin wool and real cowhide leather to produce custom varsity jackets, custom letterman jackets. We use sheep skin and high quality polyester satin with silk finish for customized bomber jackets.

Yes, you can buy team jackets, Design jackets using our “Jacket Builder” and add to your cart one by one. Once you design all your of jackets and add them to cart, you can place your order online.

Yes, If you have a minimum of 5 jackets in your order, you can contact us for group discount. Please send us an email with the design and/or details of your jacket to get the best offer.

We ship all over the world except Military Locations,  Israel and Russia because there is no direct Fedex facility.

We use DHL express delivery, and standard deliveries take 3-5 working days to anywhere in the world. Sometimes due to weather conditions or flight delay, deliveries may take extra 1-2 days. We always provide a tracking code so you can Track Your Parcel or call your local DHL office for details.

You’ll be notified by email the day your order is dispatched from our factory. This email will include tracking details and an approximate delivery time, too.

Providing you with the highest quality garments possible is our number one priority. In fact, we carefully hand-check each individual garment before shipping them to you. We take photographs for the record. However, if you think there’s a fault with one of your items, please contact us immediately. Provide as many details as possible, including your name and phone number, and our Customer Care Team will assess your garment and resolve the issue ASAP.

Yes. For international deliveries you will be responsible for the taxes / duties.Let us know if you have a bulk order, we’ll happily quote you accordingly.

Yes, you can upload whatever you want. Our designers will make it happen for you.

You can simply go ahead and place your order with the logo. Our designers will take off the background and make it transparent (remove the background) logo for embroideries.

You can simply write a note at the bottom of our “Jacket Builder”. We will always follow all of your instructions.

If you have your own patches and/or letters, which want to stitch later, you should leave a note in Jacket Builder saying, “I want zippered lining inside”. We will use a zip so you can open the jacket lining and stitch your letters locally.

If you are looking for further customization which is unavailable on our “Jacket Builder”, you can contact us and share an example of the design. Our team will confirm if it is possible.

The leather is on the stiff side and offers excellent abrasion resistance and protection, but at the expense of weight, drape and comfort. You will often find it used in letterman jackets and biker styles where toughness is the prime consideration. Cowhide leather is durable. See Genuine Leather Colors.

More supple and light-weight than cowhide leather, but still tough and durable, this leather is often described as having a ‘buttery’ feel. Sheep hides offer a good balance between comfort, style and strength. They particularly suit jacket styles such as bomber jackets, blazers and reefers, where suppleness is important. Faux leather is one of several names given to artificial or synthetic leather. Faux leather is a fabric that looks like leather, but is actually made out of other materials.It feels and smells different than the genuine leather. See Faux Leather Colors.

Wool Melton Fabric is a dense tightly woven fabric that is felted and heavily brushed for an ultra-soft hand. This versatile fabric can be used for coats, jackets, vests, blankets and historical clothing replications. See Wool Colors.

Fleece is a light weight, soft material that is normally seen in Sweatshirts and Hoodies. It is made from 35% polyester and 65% cotton, and is part of the stretch knit family of fabrics. Twisted yarns are knitted into fabric. See Cotton Fleece Colors.

Polyester Cotton Twill is a popular fabric for a variety of uniform and related apparel needs, including uniforms. This 65% Polyester or 35% Cotton fabric is an ideal blend and weight for a number of end uses. See Polyester Cotton Twill Colors.

“Softshell” is a class of knit or woven materials, made from polyester and nylon, and is used to make technical outdoor clothing. This is a water proof / windproof material, very warm and durable. See Softshell Colors.

We accept all major credit cards (Master, Visa, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. We also accept wire transfer using bank and western union.

We don’t store credit card information or never ask for such information. So yes, it is secure.

Yes, because we can’t process online payments partially.

Don’t worry, sometimes bank declines payment and shows it has been deducted. It will be reversed in 1-2 working days. You can send an email with the screen shot and our staff will get back to you ASAP.

Yes, as long as we have not started the process, you can ask for a full refund and cancel the order within 24 hours of placing your order.
